Minnesota in 1958 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1962. Mr. Borkon
has argued a case before the United States Supreme Court. He is
a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. He has been

University with his J.D. in 1977. He has been admitted to the Minnesota
Bar since 1978 and has practiced before State and Federal Courts
in Minnesota, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has obtained
numerous significant settlements and verdicts for clients in personal
injury and workers' compensation. Mr. Carp is also a successful
criminal defense attorney representing defendants in State and Federal
Court in matters ranging from misdemeanor to felony charges.

Mitchell College of Law and was admitted to practice in Minnesota
in 1988. Mr. Bolter was admitted to practice before the Federal
Courts in 1990. Mr. Bolter's practice focuses on employment law,
including all forms of discrimination and harassment in the work
place, as well as many other employer-employee issues. Mr. Bolter
represents mainly individuals against their employers. Mr. Bolter
is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the Hennepin
County Bar Association, as well as the Minnesota State and American
Bar Associations. He is a volunteer attorney for the Southern Minnesota
Regional Legal Services and the Volunteer Lawyers Network in Minnesota.
Mr. Bolter is past chair, vice-chair and program chair for the Hennepin
County Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, and past co-chairperson
of the Ramsey County Labor and Employment Section. He is currently
